New study reveals true impact of severe asthma in Europe

The results of a new, comprehensive survey have revealed the true burden of severe asthma faced by patients across Europe. 
At the ERS Congress 2015 in Amsterdam, Boston Scientific presented survey results which show severe asthma affects a quarter of sufferers on a daily basis, and a huge 71% weekly.....

Milwaukee Fire Department hold EMT training on detecting asthma

The Milwaukee Fire Department is making sure all of their EMTs know what to do when it comes to identifying and treating asthma patients.
According to the fire department, 24% of the calls they receive are for difficulty breathing. Today's training helps EMTs assess a home where someone is struggling to breathe and even prevent asthma attacks from happening.....
