Secondhand Smoke Puts Kids With Asthma At Risk
Kids suffering with asthma are more likely to be hospitalized when they live with a smoker and are exposed to second hand smoke, research suggests.
Researchers at the Mayo Clinic Children’s Center analyzed data from 25 studies that included more than 430,000 children. The researchers found kids with asthma that were exposed to secondhand smoke were more than twice as likely to seek emergency care.....
