Stay indoors if you have asthma, respiratory issues
PEOPLE with asthma and other respiratory diseases are advised “to limit their outdoor exertion” while air quality remains poor in Metro Cebu.
A test yesterday afternoon by the Environmental Management Bureau (EMB) 7 showed unhealthy levels of particulate matter in the Fuente Osmeña area in Cebu City.
The test, conducted from 2:30 to 3 p.m., showed 155 to 254 micrograms per cubic meter of particulate matter 10. The normal value is 150 micrograms per cubic meter.....
