I Have Asthma, Asthma And My Struggles
I have always struggled breathing when performing physical activities, especially when running. Every time I run I wheeze, my face turns red, I can't catch my breath, I cough up yellow or white fluids, and I get dizzy. Not only that, but I still have trouble breathing for hours after a long run, or all the way through my nights sleep into the next day. It is agonizing. Running is the thing I hate and fear most to do because of these issues.....
