Older people with asthma losing out
Older people with asthma are not using their drugs properly or getting enough information from their doctors, according to a report.
Those aged 70 or over face a poorer outcome if they have asthma than younger people. They are hospitalised more than twice as often as patients in the 18 to 35 age group, and they are about 17 times more likely to die of their condition. Why is this?.....
