Board, police say school responded properly to asthma attack that killed 10-year-old Javier Avina

Days after an asthma attack claimed the life of a 10-year-old boy in a Wallaceburg school, officials have pieced together much of what happened.
Javier Guadalupe Avina had his puffer with him in his Grade 5 classroom at St. Elizabeth Catholic elementary school when he started to struggle with asthma Tuesday, Dan Parr, the director of education for the St. Clair Catholic District school board, said Friday.....
