No more asthma as Cullompton grandmother sheds eight stone

A CULLOMPTON grandmother who suffered with asthma is now able to run and play with her grandchildren after shedding a massive eight stone in just under two years.
Rita Palfrey, 57, started her weight loss journey in August 2013. Setting her own target to lose the weight, Rita joined Slimming World in Cullompton before transferring to a group in Tiverton the following year.....
