UofL gets $2.3 million for asthma research

A research team at the University of Louisville has been awarded a $2.3 million grant from the National Institute on Aging to study asthma triggers in older adults.
Barbara Polivka, of the UofL School of Nursing, and her interdisciplinary team will embark upon a five-year study to learn more about the personal and environmental influences of asthma on people age 60 and older.....
