Scissors, in the carry-on? Us? You're kidding.
Whoops, we did. The free first aid kit I'd put into the backpack included a plastic handle, 1-inch dull-bladed scissor.
So let me say aloud, Yangon may be Third World, but their airport security is First Class. Through security I dump the contraband in the first trash bin. Fear of flying eyes the prop airplane, so I bite off a third of my 0.25 mg prescription Xanax tables. Visions of Malaysian Airlines crashing about my brain.....

Annual asthma camp teaches kids how to deal with the disease
EVANSVILLE - Fury animals, dust and bugs is all it takes to flare up Aniya Brumfield’s asthma.
Brumfield, 13, was born with asthma. But the Glenwood Leadership Academy eighth-grader learned what triggers an asthma attack while attending Camp Nota-Gona-Wheeze. In its 10th year, the free asthma camp, sponsored by St. Mary’s Health, is open to local children in kindergarten through fifth grade.....

Kingston Foreshore transformed for asthma fundraiser
Restaurant and café owners on the Kingston Foreshore joined forces on Monday afternoon to raise funds for Canberrans living with asthma.
The Canberra's Longest Lunch event, which was organised by Asthma Foundation ACT, allowed local businesses to showcase their produce on the foreshore with revenue from ticket sales going towards prevention programs.....
