Adding fiber to your child’s diet may reduce asthma symptoms
According to a new study, including more fiber in your child's diet may relieve asthma symptoms. The scientists found that mice who were fed a low fiber diet were more likely to have asthma. The study was done on mice so it may not be generalizable to children, however, a cross-cultural review has shown that countries with low fiber diets also had more incidents of allergic asthma......
