Children as young as six given 'life-changing' asthma drug

Children as young as six with severe asthma are now entitled to a "life-changing" drug under guidance issued by Nice, the health regulator.
Campaigners welcomed the new rules which will entitle thousands of sufferers with the most serious form of allergic asthma to omalizumab, a drug administered by a monthly injection which is marketed as Xolair.....
